GEL POLISH GUARANTEE
If your Gel polish chips within 7 days of service you are welcome to call and schedule an appointment to have the gel polish repaired at no cost to you. All we ask is that you call within the 7-day period.
APPOINTMENTS
We highly recommend scheduling appointments. Walk-ins will be accepted if we have cancellations or availability. Please have the courtesy to call if you are running late or unable to come. There is a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you do not call or show up within that time your appointment will be lost.

Your appointments are very important to the team members of Inspire. It is reserved especially for you. We understand sometimes adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request 24-hours notice if you are unable to make your appointment. Appointments changed or canceled less than 2 hours prior to service will be considered a “NO SHOW” After 3 NO-SHOWS we will require a credit card number in order to schedule any future appointments. If you miss a scheduled appointment or no not give proper notice your card will be charged for the full amount of the service.
FORMAL EVENTS & CORPORATE SERVICES
Inspire Nail Bar offers special services for Proms, Birthdays, Wedding parties and Corporate groups. Please contact our Manager for more information on what we can do to make your visit a tremendous success.
INSTORE AND ONLINE GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are available in-store and online purchasing at your convenience. A balance is placed on the card with (1) one-year expiration.
FACILITY HYGIENE
A hospital Dental (ADA) graded steamer sterilizer, sanitized equipment, and disposable Buffer, File and Pumice are provided to protect you from disinfection.
WIFI ACCESS
For the convenience of our customers, we offer Free Wi-Fi access at our salon. Please ask for the connection detail. We accept Visa, Master & Discover No personal checks, please All services are non-refundable
